Founder

Hi, my name is Alanah and I am the founder of Ever Empower. I have worked as a disability support worker for over 8 years, and before this I worked as a swim teacher supporting children to build confidence in the water.

In 2022, I graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. I have always had a strong passion for supporting children with disabilities to grow, learn, and reach their potential. My experience as both a support worker and an Occupational Therapist has given me a deep understanding of how the right support can make a real difference in a child’s life.

Outside of work I am very active and love staying busy, but you will often find me out and about with one of the Ever Empower kids. I truly love what I do and I feel incredibly passionate about advocacy, inclusion, and empowering children and families to feel confident and supported.

Hi, I’m Lily. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Education and Exercise Science and have been working as a disability support worker for the past two years, a role that has brought so much meaning to my life. My goals is to help each and every one of my clients feel seen, supported and empowered to grow.

Hi, I’m Addison. I am a registered Occupational Therapist and have been working as a support worker for the past three years. I have had the pleasure of supporting so many wonderful children and their families and feel incredibly grateful to be part of their journey.

Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m 22 years old and have been working as a support worker for the past 4 years. I also work with children with additional needs in schools while studying a Bachelor of Education.

Supporting the kids I work with is truly my greatest passion. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of their journey, helping them build life skills, develop confidence, and create meaningful connections.
